Delhi saw a rise of over 11 per cent in cases of crime in 2017 as compared to 2016, data released by the National Crime Records Bureau on Monday showed.

A man who abducted a toddler for her childless sister has been arrested and the minor was rescued from his house in Garhi village here, police said on Wednesday.
