The Assam cabinet has decided to enhance its mobile network coverage by working with the network providers to install more mobile towers in the state to facilitate online education.

A man who abducted a toddler for her childless sister has been arrested and the minor was rescued from his house in Garhi village here, police said on Wednesday.
