Kerala has to stop vaccination as many of its districts, including Thiruvananthapuram, are running dry of vaccine, state Health Minister Veena George said today.

A man who abducted a toddler for her childless sister has been arrested and the minor was rescued from his house in Garhi village here, police said on Wednesday.
