Paris Olympics 2024 Closing Ceremony Live Updates: The Paris Olympics 2024 will come to a conclusion with a grand closing ceremony at the Stade de France in Paris. Shooter Manu Bhaker and hockey legend PR Sreejesh will be the flag bearers for India at the closing ceremony. Meanwhile, the suspense over Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)'s decision on wrestler Vinesh Phogat's appeal continues. Vinesh filed an appeal after her disqualification from the women's 50kg event due to being overweight. Vinesh appealed to be awarded a joint-silver. The verdict will be delivered before 9:30pm on August 13 and all proceedings in the case has ended. Coming to Day 16 action, USA women's basketball team bagged an eighth successive gold medal, beating France 67-66 in a tense final.
